The Momentum Coach Certification Program equips you to facilitate life-changing relationships. 

Momentum is a transformative program tailored for women at any stage of life, providing a space to pause, realign dreams, and craft achievable goals. Through intentional instruction and dialogue, participants form genuine connections, cultivate friendships, and foster a supportive community. 

Rooted in proven principles for success, Momentum offers familiar yet actionable strategies to propel personal and professional growth. By examining current endeavors and envisioning future aspirations, individuals outline a course toward their desired destination. 

Also, Momentum empowers participants to instill these success principles in parenting, through age-appropriate methods, fostering their development alongside their own. Recognizing that inner growth necessitates inner exploration, Momentum encourages individuals to delve into their spiritual journey, embracing a higher purpose and engaging with God’s plan designed uniquely for them.

Who is the Momentum Certification for?

STEP ONE

Attend the MOMENTUM Workshop

This interactive workshop will teach you the fundamentals a Momentum gathering: the content and ethos of the program, desired outcomes for participants, effective communication and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

STEP TWO

Apply to Become a Coach

Following the workshop, you can apply to become a Certified Coach. The application process helps us get to know you before you begin. Certified Momentum Coaches are equipped to lead small groups, do 1-1 coaching, create corporate training, do outreach ministry, host retreats and speak to groups. 

STEP THREE

MOMENTUM Coach Training

Once enrolled, you'll undergo comprehensive training, focusing on the structure of your business, facilitation techniques, understanding and application of the success principles, basic coaching and mentoring, hospitality and how to launch and grow your business.

STEP FOUR

Become Certified

Upon successful completion of the training, participants will be awarded the Momentum Certification, recognizing them as officially prepared to organize and run the program independently. Certification is renewed annually and includes plug-and-play resources to launch, sustain and grow your business.

What does the Certification Process look like?

01. Eligibility

 

Applicants need to have completed the Momentum Workshop and demonstrate commitment to the values of the program, vision for the personal growth of participants and agree to the Terms and Conditions. A review of these will be given in the workshop.

02. Application Process

  • Submission of the application form.
  • The application is simply a way for you to introduce yourself, share your experiences that relate to Momentum and ensure this is a great fit for you!

03. Training Program

  • Duration: The training is an online course, with 3-4 live, interactive sessions online. The length of time will vary but you can complete the process in about 6 -8 weeks if you're committed!
  • Content: Includes how to set up your business, adult learning and delivery techniques, advanced success principles teaching, basic coaching, mentoring and modeling, community building and engagement strategies. You will be ready to launch your first event.
  • Assessment: Continuous self-evaluation throughout the training, culminating in a practical assessment where applicants demonstrate understanding of the program.

04. Certification Requirements

  • Successful completion of all training modules.
  • Demonstration of understanding.
  • Agreement to the Terms and Conditions of Momentum Supper Clubs.

05. Post Certification 🚀  

  • Certified coaches will have an online platform with all content needed to implement the program. Presentation slides, outlines, group activities, reflection exercises, menus, recipes, plus all you need to launch your business, including tutorials and a customizable monthly newsletter.
  • Ongoing training and resources will be provided through the Coaching Community membership.
  • All certified coaches must agree to a code of conduct that emphasizes respect, inclusivity, safety, and confidentiality within their clubs.
  • Terms and conditions will be agreed upon and certified coaches will sign and adhere to the written agreement. These terms and conditions will be made available before deciding to participate in the certification program. 
  • Momentum is about growth, learning, and impact—and we’re here to support you beyond certification. An annual renewal fee ensures continued business mentorship, and access to the latest coaching tools and trainings. You’ll also keep your spot in our Certified Coach directory, making it easy for clients to find and work with you.

I’ve always loved encouraging women to dream big—for their families and for themselves. Because I believe we need both. And we need each other. 🧡

As a mom, I absolutely loved raising our three children. But I also longed for meaningful connection with other women—spaces where I could be fully me. I’ve always been a dreamer and an entrepreneur at heart, brimming with ideas. If someone had come alongside me back then—an older woman to say, “You can do this, and here’s how”—I think my path would’ve looked different.

That’s what Momentum is about. And that’s what you’ll create as a Certified Coach: a place where women gather, connect, and dream again. You’ll lead with warmth and vision, helping others identify their passions, think outside the box, and take steady steps toward their own vision. And in every lesson, you’ll help them connect what they’re learning back to their parenting—equipping their children with a strong, age-appropriate foundation for success.

For over three decades, I’ve poured my heart into early childhood education—as a college instructor, speaker, and parenting coach. I host the Parenting in the First 3 Years podcast and lead two educational platforms: Nurtured Noggins and Texas Child Care Training. I’m also a Certified Success Trainer, NAEYC Accreditation Consultant, and a Master Level Trainer for Texas Early Childhood Professionals.

But beyond the credentials, here’s what really matters: I’m a woman who loves God, believes deeply in the dreams placed within women’s hearts, and delights in listening, laughing, and walking alongside others—especially those just a few years behind me.
